






Goa is an upcoming 2009 Indian Tamil romantic comedy film written and directed by Venkat Prabhu, starring his "regular cast" comprising of Jai, Vaibhav, Premji Amaran and Aravind Akash in the lead roles along with the female artists Sneha, Piaa Bajpai and the Australian actress Melanie Mary, who will be introduced to Kollywood. The film, produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth's Ocher Studios, has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who will also make a special appearance in the film.[2] The film is currently in its filming stage and is slated for a release in December 2009, either on December 12, coincinding with the birthday of producer Soundarya's father, Rajinikanth, or during the Christmas days.
Actors Premji Amaran, Vaibhav and Jai are starring in Goa. The Cinematographer is Sakthi Saravanan and music director is Yuvan Shankar Raja
the Movie Goa has been inspired from the true incident that happened this March in Goa, in which a man was charged with the rape of British teenager, the film revolves around the rape case of a girl in which the lead stars of the film get caught innocently for the crime they did not commit and how they acquit themselves by spotting the real culprits forms the gripping storyline of 'Goa' which would be narrated in a style that is unique to Venkat and his crew.
